The Music at the Museum Tuesday Concerts continue with the New Year's Concert! Kerem Görsev piano Engin Recepoğulları saxophone With 23 albums released over a career spanning more than 30 years, along with his national and international work, Kerem Görsev is one of the leading figures in Turkish jazz. He has recorded in New York, London, Los Angeles and Istanbul, and has performed at prestigious festivals such as Marciac Jazz, Umbria Jazz and Vilnius Jazz. The performance by the Kerem Görsev Trio for Mezzo TV also received widespread acclaim among international jazz circles. For this concert, Görsev is joined by Engin Recepoğulları, who studied at Siena Jazz in Italy, worked with Ricky Ford and Claudio Fasoli, and has shared the stage with world-renowned jazz artists including Christian McBride, Joshua Redman, Marcus Miller and Roy Hargrove. He serves as tenor saxophonist with the TRT Light Music and Jazz Orchestra.
